FAQs

1. How does shipping work?

We currently only ship within Canada. All items are shipped through Canada Post and come with tracked shipping. Each plant is packed with care to ensure they do not get damaged or die during transportation. Orders only get shipped out on Monday's to account for any delays that may occur throughout the week or over the weekend that way they have the whole week to be on the move and get to you as fast as possible.

2. What happens if my plant gets lost in the mail or dies?

At checkout there is the option to purchase insurance coverage through Guide which handles claims. If your plant dies while en route to you we will send you a replacement free of charge and the same goes for if it gets lost during shipping. If the plant dies after arrival at its destination unfortunately that is due to poor care and we do not offer a replacement plant.

3. Do the plants come with information on how to properly take care of them?

Depending on the growth stage that you purchase, your plant will come with a small informational card on the basics of how to take care of it. Including how much water it likes and how frequently, how much sunlight it will need and generally just how to care for it. This information is the basic care instructions should you buy seeds or a propagated sprout you may need to conduct additional research.

4. If I purchase seeds for a plant how many do I get?

When purchasing seeds each container comes with a small handful of seeds just in case some are faulty or they do not take when germinating. That way you have at multiple tries at growing your plant.

5. Will you always offer the same types of plants?

For plants that are popular and our bestsellers we will try to keep them stocked at all times. For other plants we will interchange them and always try to offer different and unique variety at all times. There is no schedule in terms of when we switch them out as it is all dependent on our suppliers and being able to grow our stock enough to sell it.
